B. Scope of data processing

This information notice only regards the Personal Data processing of data subjects who contact the Firm for legal assistance and advisory services, both in court and out of court, as well as to request information and services.

C. Personal data subject to processing

The Firm processes some of your personal data:

  1. surfing data, namely, the data acquired automatically by the website during its use, for example, the IP address, the URI addresses, the requests sent to the server and all other technical data which render surfing the website possible;
  2. data provided by the user, namely, the data you voluntarily provide the Controller when sending an e-mail to the addresses available on the website or when using the form;
  3. cookies

Your personal data will be processed exclusively to ensure the website’s proper functioning, as well as to receive and reply to any of your requests and to perform the professional assignments entrusted to the firm’s professionals.
Your personal data will be processed, with and without the support of information technology tools, by the Firm’s staff (employees, trainees, lawyers), who have been specifically authorised and formally bound to confidentiality.

D. Purpose of data processing

Personal Data processing is aimed at the proper and complete performance of the professional assignment received and to provide the information requested. Your Data will also be processed for the following purposes:

  • to fulfil the obligations envisaged in tax and accounting matters;
  • to comply with the obligations incumbent on the professional and envisaged by the laws and regulations in force;;
  • to receive and reply to requests received by e-mail and via forms compiled on the website.

The Personal Data may be processed using paper-based and computerised archives (including portable devices) and processed using procedures which are strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above.

E. Legal basis for processing

The Firm processes your personal data lawfully, where the processing is required for the assignment conferred or is based on your express consent.

The Processing of functional data to perform such obligations is necessary to ensure the relationship is managed correctly and their conferral is mandatory in order to achieve the purposes indicated.

The Controller hereby informs you that any failure to communicate or the incorrect communication of mandatory information may result in the impossibility of ensuring the consistency of the data processing in question.

The Personal Data may be disclosed to competent parties who have been duly appointed to perform the services required to ensure that the relationship is managed correctly with the rights of the data subject being guaranteed.
